New Safety Protocols for Covid-19

  • We are continuing to monitor CDC, State of Maine, and other guidelines.  We will be updating our protocols accordingly.  The information on this page will changing and may be different from when you originally booked your appointment. The most recent and up-to-date information will be here on this page. 
  • Face masks/coverings will be required.  We will have masks available for a small fee if you do not have one. (Our facials will provide you with an adhesive mask variant that covers the nose and mouth for the service.  Please wear your own mask before and after your service.)
  • All staff will be wearing face masks.  Some of our therapists may also be wearing face shields or goggles.
  • PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOU APPOINTMENT TIME to allow for check-in and restroom time before your appointment begins.
  • Our lobby will be closed.  Please call us at 207-893-0033 when you arrive.  We will let you know when we are ready for you to come inside.  We will not allow friends/family to sit and wait in the lobby at this time.
  • Please have a water bottle waiting for you in your car.  Our water/tea service is temporarily on hold.
  • Upon entering, we will have a hand sanitizing station for you to sanitize your hands.  You may also enter the restroom to thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water.
  • We will ask you a few brief questions the day before as well as when you arrive.
  • We will be taking your temperature with a touchless forehead thermometer.
  • We ask that if you feel ill or are caring for some that is ill, have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, are in a high risk group, have travelled to a non-exempt state within the past 2 weeks, or are from out of state and have not met the 14 day quarantine guidelines or it’s alternative options, please refrain from booking at this time.
  • If you or someone in your household develop Covid-19 symptoms or are exposed to Covid-19, you must reschedule your appointment.
  • Please practice social distancing as much as possible.
  • We are all naturally going to want to catch up.  However, the risk of transmission increases with talking.  So, our session communication will be limited to comfort, pressure, session needs and recommendations for now.
  • All of our rooms now have air purifiers that have 3 stage filters that include medical grade filtration H13 True HEPA filters.
  • We will be thoroughly disinfecting our treatment rooms in between every client using Rejuvenate hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • We will also be thoroughly disinfecting all other areas throughout the day and after every transaction.
We are all navigating this new territory together.  We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
