What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support to help you feel your best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet your unique needs and health goals.
As your coach, I will provide a safe space for you to share your goals and concerns.  Together we will navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to find what truly works for you. I focus on bio-individuality (the idea that we are all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs) to help you discover how to fuel your body, live a healthy lifestyle, and become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program

Your coaching program will be fully individualized to what your needs and goals are.  During our sessions, we will take a holistic approach focusing on nourishment on the plate and also off the plate in areas such as physical movement, career, relationships, environment, creativity, and more.
