Kate

Massage Therapist

Kate absolutely loves being a Massage Therapist.  She trained at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY and has practiced in New York, Florida, Illinois, and Maine.  Kate’s approach:  “As a Massage Therapist, the most important tool I have is my ability to listen.  I need to listen to what my client’s issues are and customize a service to address those needs; every service is a unique experience”.

Ian

Massage Therapist

In 2018, Ian decided he needed a change in careers. That year, he started school at the Downeast School of Massage. There he focused on therapeutic massage, studying multiple modalities and techniques. Since then he has been working at refining my skill and learning as much as he can about massage. The best part of what he does is seeing the relief of clients faces after their pain has been released.

When he isn’t practicing massage, Ian likes to stand on his hands, practice Jiu Jitsu, and drink tea.

Deborah

Massage Therapist

Deborah was born in Chicago and grew up in Brazil. Her parents were missionaries to the Indians living on various tributaries of the Amazon River from 1950-1970. Although Deborah has always been interested in natural healing modalities, this became a major focus for her in 1999, due to crippling pain and dysfunction eventually diagnosed as fibromyalgia. This eventually led her through her own healing journey, to be able to help others on their own healing journeys.  In addition to practicing massage therapy, she is a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner and and Advanced JFB/MFR (John F. Barnes Myofascial Release) Specialist.

Jenna

Massage Therapist

Jenna grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Maine with her new family in 2013. After 12 years working in retail, she decided that she needed a change in her life and studied Therapeutic Massage at Spa Tech Institute. She finds giving a massage so enjoyable because it is a more natural way to heal the body and puts people in a great mood. When she is not massaging, she enjoys spending time with her family, at the gym and exploring nature.

Heather

Massage Therapist

Heather is a Holistic Massage Therapy graduate from Spa Tech Institute. After 20+ years of working in a hospital laboratory as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist specializing in Microbiology, she decided it was time to shift her focus to health and wellness.

She specializes in Swedish massage with a focus on deep tissue techniques and Polarity therapy.
Her mission is to provide a peaceful space where clients may rest their minds and relax their bodies while experiencing a kind and compassionate touch.
