My name is Meredith Marquis, I am a licensed cosmetologist of 5 years and a Licensed Massage and Polarity Therapist along with having a certification in Thai Massage. My entire life has been devoted to helping those around me in many ways. I come from a family of Military background, along with having my own form of trauma and PTSD, so I understand the effects of life on people both mentally and physically, and with that I was drawn to the art of healing with touch.
Kate absolutely loves being a Massage Therapist. She trained at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY and has practiced in New York, Florida, Illinois, and Maine. Kate’s approach: “As a Massage Therapist, the most important tool I have is my ability to listen. I need to listen to what my client’s issues are and customize a service to address those needs; every service is a unique experience”.
In 2018, Ian decided he needed a change in careers. That year, he started school at the Downeast School of Massage. There he focused on therapeutic massage, studying multiple modalities and techniques. Since then he has been working at refining my skill and learning as much as he can about massage. The best part of what he does is seeing the relief of clients faces after their pain has been released.
When he isn’t practicing massage, Ian likes to stand on his hands, practice Jiu Jitsu, and drink tea.
Deborah was born in Chicago and grew up in Brazil. Her parents were missionaries to the Indians living on various tributaries of the Amazon River from 1950-1970. Although Deborah has always been interested in natural healing modalities, this became a major focus for her in 1999, due to crippling pain and dysfunction eventually diagnosed as fibromyalgia. This eventually led her through her own healing journey, to be able to help others on their own healing journeys. In addition to practicing massage therapy, she is a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner and and Advanced JFB/MFR (John F. Barnes Myofascial Release) Specialist.
